Duck Island Spring Mile Hello SFTCers! Since we don't know what the rules will be in the coming weeks and months, we decided to organize the Duck Island Spring Mile to fit the current rules.
So here's the plan. Instead of the typical en masse race, we're going to run and time it individually (or by household). We have set aside parts of 2 days,
Saturday May 30th from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Tuesday, June 2nd from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM to run the race.
By using the link below (SignUpGenius) you can signup for a 15-minute slot that works best for you. If multiple people in your household want to run,
you can use separate times or run at the same time, up to you. On race day, please arrive at the starting line (at the base of the causeway, on the marina side)
5 minutes before your starting time to sign the registration forms and get a bib.

Thank you to everyone who donated food, coins, and cash to the Second Harvest Food Bank as part of the Brenda Miller Christmas Morning Fun Run in Kingsport.
We collected 4 LARGE boxes of food and donated a total of $300 to the food bank (up from $200 last year). This included $65.29 in just coins (844 pennies, 167 dimes,
and 145 quarters!!). Thank you for your generosity and for making the area running community a GREAT one!
