    Registration is available at packet pick-up today @ Thomas Stadium (ETSU Baseball Stadium) from 2:30 – 7:30 PM. We are located behind the scoreboard. Registration is $30 today and tomorrow 7:45 AM – 8:30 AM at the race, it is $35. T-shirts for walk-up registration is first come, first serve.

    THE SPRING RACE 5K at BRISTOL MOTOR SPEEDWAY
    ANOTHER "FAN"TASTIC EVENT UNDER THE LIGHTS AT BRISTOL MOTOR SPEEDWAY! Come join us on this Friday night at 8:00pm as we run through the grounds of Bristol Motor Speedway. This is also fan appreciation night in conjunction with the Food City 500 Spring Race at the world's fastest half mile track. See the big rigs and nascar vendors as you run through the campus. Stay for the big party at the end--in true Bristol fashion. Also, this is the first race of the "Bristol Threesome" that includes the Spring Race 5k; The Night Race 5k; and the Speedway in Lights 5k. Those that complete all three will receive a special "Bristol Threesome Baby" medal at the end of the series. Of course all proceeds go to the benefit of local children through the Children's Charity at the Speedway. THIS RACE WILL HAVE A CAP ON IT AND IT WILL FILL UP! As always, Fleet Feet Sports will be there!

    Runners and craft beer enthusiasts, mark your calendars for Asheville’s first running race series of its kind, Race to the Taps, featuring a “6-pack” of four-mile, chip-timed road races starting and ending at several of WNC’s premier craft breweries. Choose to run 1 or all 6! Each race will highlight the views and natural elements surrounding the brewery’s neighborhood designed with varying degrees of difficulty.     8:00am 5K Run and 3K Walk. Pretty flat so should be great course of a new PR. Slightly different starting locations for the 5K and 3K but the starts will be coordinated to begin at 8:00 am. Both races will finish at the same location just after crossing through the historic Covered Bridge. All proceeds benefit Sycamore Shoals Hospital Foundation.     8am - This 5k Run/Walk will kick off the annual Music Fest at Greeneville High School. The 5k starts at Greeneville High School, winds around Tusculum Blvd, through scenic downtown Greeneville & ends on the 50 yard line inside Burley Stadium. At different points along the race course you will be encouraged with live music provided by the Greeneville High & Middle School Bands! After the race photos can be taken with Monte (the GHS mascot). Then the rest of the day will be full of fun filled activities at Music Fest that includes live entertainment, food, vendors, music, & more! Be sure to come join us!

    Overmountain Victory Run - 10 Mile Run & 3K Walk
    8:30 am 3K Walk. 9:00 am 10 Mile Run. The race has been added to the SFTC Long Distance Series. This is an absolutely beautiful course along Watauga River and Boone Lake, closely following the historic trail the "Over Mountain Men" took to encounter and defeat the British army, which was the turning point in the Revolutionary War. Runners will be shuttled from the finish at Rocky Mount in Piney Flats to the start near Sycamore Shoals in Elizabethton.

    NEW THIS YEAR - Do The Double Over, or run from the finish to the start, and then turn around and run the race. Great 20 mile training run for your upcoming fall marathon.

    Girls Incorporated of Bristol Snowman Stampede 5K
    Join Girls Incorporated of Bristol on Saturday, December 5th at 10:00 a.m. for the Third Annual Snowman Stampede 5K at Sugar Hollow Park!

    Run or walk your way through a 3.1 mile course, and then warm up by the fire while you enjoy hot chocolate and post-race snacks! Medals will be awarded for the top three male and female finishers in six age groups.

    Register by mail or in-person at Girls Incorporated of Bristol (613 Highland Avenue, Bristol, VA 24201). Pre-registration will end Friday, November 20th, and all participants registered by that date will receive a long sleeve t-shirt and goody bag.

    Race day registration and packet pick-up will begin at 9:00 a.m.

    Benefiting Shop With A Cop! 6:00 pm. 8K Run & 3K Walk. Find that ugly Christmas sweater in your closet, and wear it, YES wear it, on this 8K (~5 mile) run through the beautiful Fairacres neighborhood in Kingsport. We will all oooh and ahhh over the Christmas lights on display. The event this year will be timed. Proceeds benefit Shop With A Cop program.
