    8:00 am Kid's Half Mile Run. 8:30 am 5K. Fun event! Course will start and finish at Johnny Brusco's and will run entirely on the property of The Pinnacle Shopping Center. Run by all the major shops and Bass Pro Shop. Window shopping only during the run :-). Course should be fairly flat and fast. Fantastic post-race brunch courtesy of Johnny Brusco's!

    The run begins Saturday 9am with a chip-timed 5k for individual runners. The course traveled through the city’s downtown and surrounding area. At the starting line, runners or families will get warmed up artfully and with a fun LEAF groove. Along the race, inspiring volunteers assist and guide runners, and Roaming Artist spice up the route with playful puppets, costumes, and artful moments.

    The 2017 Pacers 5K Color/Glow Run will benefit Bristol Preparatory Academy in hopes to achieve a successful first year for this new and unique school that is focused on basketball, academics, and community work/services to put players in the right positions to receive NCAA scholarships.

    The event will be held on Saturday August 12th at Sugar Hollow Park in Bristol, VA. There will be 2 separate races. In the morning we have a color fun run/walk that begins at 8:30am. The 2nd race is a Glow Run that begins at 8:30pm. The Glow Run will be timed and awards will be given.

    8pm. Very fun night race with glow Sticks, glow shirts, and glow necklaces, with a street dance waiting for you at the finish line. This is a point to point course from David Crockett High School to the front steps of the old courthouse in downtown Jonesborough. You should park at the start area (David Crockett High School) as there is limited parking in downtown Jonesborough. Shuttles will run for 1hr after the completiion of the race...from downtown (post office/fire station) back to the school... Proceeds benefit the athletic programs at David Crockett High School.

The more money we raise at this event means more patients we can assist with travel expenses, medical bills, medicine, and the list goes on! You don't want to miss The Bojangles Night Race 5k on August 17th, at 8:30pm. Yep, that's a Thursday night during the transporter parade and party! You know how fun Bristol is. Here's your chance to run down the dragway; through one of the cheering campgrounds; and of course around the world famous half mile oval. Stay for the transporter parade and party after the run. The track and campus is fully stocked with race vendors and booths. Traffic isn't an issue on a Thursday night, so don't let that stop you.     Come to the second annual REACH OUT 5K COLOR RUN - Reaching out to help Orphans across the world August 27th, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. This is a great 5K COLOR Run/Walk in the beautiful city of Gatlinburg. The course is an out and back course with gentle rolling hills. Start and finish will be at 1230 Mills Park Rd. The course will follow Mills Park Rd to Ogle Rd follow Ogle Rd to the end and return. We will also have a SILENT AUCTION with lots of cool things to bid on.

    All proceeds will go to support orphanages in Indonesia. These orphanages are changing the lives of children. They are providing these kids with a home, love, school, and teaching them about Jesus. Jesus said, "Suffer the little children to come unto me..." He loves the children of the world. Do you? These orphanages are run by Bill and Lamoin Cunningham through Baptist International Outreach.

    The race registration is $30 for Adults and $20 for Kids up to age 17 which includes a race t-shirt and a swag bag. Please register by August 7th to guarantee a t-shirt. This event is a great opportunity to Reach Out and help others while having a great time and getting some exercise.
    Prizes: Trophies will be awarded to the top three overall male and female runners. The trophies are unique hand made pottery made by Fowler's Clay Works and the medals are unique wooden pieces made by Tim Weberding Woodworking. Medals will be awarded to the top male and female runners in each age division.

    Nolichucky Triple Threat - Whitewater Raft + Obstacle Course + 5K Run
    3:00 pm. The Triple Threat starts at USA Raft on the whitewaters of the Nolichucky River with a trek down the Noli, where participants will emerge on a sandy beach where the timing portion of the event will begin. The second stage is an obstacle challenge course with many obstacles, including sand crawl, water wall, balance beam, and more. The 3rd stage is a 5K Run back to USA Raft. For the final stretch of the 5K, you will run 3/4 mile on the Appalachian Trail and complete one last obstacle before crossing the finish line!
    If you are a newbie to the sport of watercrafting, USA Raft will be offering free "Water 101" lessons prior to the race. Arrive around 1pm. Optional: If you do not feel comfortable on the water, you can ride a trail bike to the start of the Obstacle Course.
    The timing portion of the race starts when you exit the water and cross the timing mats at the start of the Obstacle Course.

    Northeast Tennessee's TOUGHEST race is Saturday, October 14, 2017. The Goliath at the Gorge offers 10k, 5k & kid's race options. The 5k & 10k courses consist of steep inclines, over 15 obstacles, river crossings, water and mud challenges. Please come prepared to get muddy, wet, sandy and tired. Lodging & showers available for an additional fee. Doe River Gorge's Open House will take place on Sunday with music, food and train rides through the Gorge. Special Awards for the top male and female DRG current/former staffers. Showers, Gear Check and supplies available for an additional donation. Proceeds from items go to Camp Scholarships for under resourced kids.

    Overmountain Victory Run - 10 Mile Run & 3K Walk
    9:00 am 10 Mile Run. 9:30 am 3K Run/Walk. The 10 Mile Race is part of the SFTC Long Distance Series. This is an absolutely beautiful course along Watauga River and Boone Lake, closely following the historic trail the "Over Mountain Men" took to encounter and defeat the British army, which was the turning point in the Revolutionary War. Runners will be shuttled from the finish at Rocky Mount in Piney Flats to the start near Sycamore Shoals in Elizabethton.

    This 2-Mile Run is brought to you by Niswonger Children's Hospital. A Modified Race (200-meter) will begin at 9:45 AM with the 2-Mile Run starting at 10 AM. This is an USATF-Certified 2-mile course (good for TN state age records) on the ETSU Campus, starting and finishing in front of the Mountain States Athletic Center (Mini Dome).     8:30 am. Please join us and hop across the finish line in Downtown Johnson City. This 5K run and kids dash, health and wellness event, is sponsored by State of Franklin Healthcare Associates and LIFEWTR, powered by Blue Plum Organization. Also, kid's dash following the 5K. The 5K course is certified, and is the same as the Blue Plum 5K, so this will be a great preview for those planning to run that race. Nice course with a few hills mid-race, and very fast finish!

    Cherokee Challenge 5k Obstacle and Mud Run
    Race start: 10:00am Check-in: 9:00am
    Cherokee Challenge is a 5k Obstacle Run with mud, 25+ obstacles, trails, hills, valleys, streams, ponds, views of the smoky mountains; then enjoy food and drink vendors (non-alcoholic), and fun at the end of the race. This race benefits Long View Ranch, a non-profit christian summer camp and retreat center in Greene County TN. Help us raise scholarship funds to send kids to camp, who normally would not be able to afford to attend.

    Join us for the Power of Health Expo and Power of Play 5K, a partnership of Bristol Regional Medical Center, the Wellmont CVA Heart Institute, Bristol Tennessee City Schools and Bristol Virginia Public Schools. By teaming up, we can focus on the benefits of good health and fitness at all ages. All registered participants, 18 and older, will receive a free HeartSHAPE coupon (early detection screening for heart disease). The expo will feature health and wellness vendors and cardiovascular screenings for those who pre-register.

    Proceeds from the Power of Play 5K will benefit physical education and physical activity in Bristol TN City Schools and Bristol VA Public Schools.

    The 8th annual 4-mile race, 4K wellness walk, and kids fun run to benefit American Cancer Society. Two scenic courses through the countryside near Tusculum College. Event-day registration and packet pickup start at 7:04, with adult-supervised Kidz Activities inside the IPF from 07:04 to 9:04. The race and walk start at 8:04 AM, and the Kidz Run4Fun starts at 9:04. Original art awards, outstanding live music, great snacks and door prizes at 09:34 AM. Special discounts for members of the military, veterans, police, fire, and EMS, or teams of 4 or more. It's the great race with an INDOOR FINISH! A Memorial Day tradition!
