Foot Rx Summer Youth Running Camp You must REGISTER in order to participate this year!! Mail or bring forms to Foot Rx. We will meet at 8am to 9:45am @ the entrance to the VA across from the ETSU Minidome. This is a running camp for kids 17 and under (All PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ABLE TO RUN A MILE). We will focus on speed/tempo work, mileage, core work, as well as discussing proper nutrition. We will learn about proper running techniques and ways to stay injury free.
